Version 1.0 · Effective 25 July 2026
Assurio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Assurio app on devices you own or control, solely to access a Assurio workspace you have been invited to. On Apple devices the licence is granted in accordance with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and may be used on any Apple-branded devices you own or control, and by family members via Family Sharing where permitted.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent those restrictions cannot lawfully be imposed. You may not use the app if you are barred from doing so under applicable export control or sanctions law.
The app requests camera access to photograph faults, completed work and fire-walk checkpoints; photo library access to attach existing images; and NFC/QR scanning to read checkpoint tags. Each permission is requested at the moment the feature is used and can be withdrawn in your device settings.
Assurio is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple, Google and other app stores have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. Contact us via the support page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranty. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.
Assurio, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law, and any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, on your acceptance of it, will have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary. Equivalent rights apply to Google in respect of the Android app where required by the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
Fire-walk and inspection features in the app are record-keeping aids only and do not certify compliance with fire safety legislation. See section 7 of the Terms of Service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
